Bored of our default R2 Launch Pad window!! Well, design a new one for yourself.
Re-arrange the icons the way you want them. Remove the icons you don't need and many more flexible options.
All this is available for all the R2 themes except the original one.
Screen design works the same way, like for any other window in R2.
Import and export of screen changes feature works for launch pad screen changes also.

Ensure the desired theme is selected for the customization to work.

Login to R2 with the desired theme.
While you are on the Launch Pad window, press F12 to enable screen customization.
Perform the required modifications.
For example: You may want to remove the desired icon.
To remove an icon, Right-click on it and select Remove.
The icon gets removed from the launch pad as shown below.
Right-click and select Save, to confirm the changes.
Select a rule for the customized screen when prompted and click OK.
However, choosing the rule is optional. And can be left blank.
Press Shift+F12 to exit the screen customization window.
Exit R2 and relaunch to view the customized window.
