Ability to custom design R2 Launch pad for different themes is documented here.
The Screen Customization has been implemented in the R2 application to customize the appearance of the screens in the R2 application by removing, resizing, and replacing the following screen components.

NOTE:
The Screen Customization is enabled and disabled for the following:
It is enabled only to the Mantra User and is disabled to other users.
It is disabled in the Security Mode [F6].
It is disabled in the R2 application's Login window.
It is enabled to all the screens in the R2 application and is disabled in the R2 Launchpad.
The below Sample Workflow explains the above functionality:
Select the Account module > tag the Company [EVERGREEN AV RENTALS] and create an Order [ORD-54] for [2 Days] duration.
Search and add the Serial Item [DEMO SAW] with 1 Qty and the Unit Price [100.00], as shown in Figure 1.0.

In the Order [ORD-54] window, press the F12 key from the Keyboard to enable the Screen Customization. The Screen Customization is enabled displaying as the [Reservation - (UI Design Mode)], as shown in Figure 1.1.

Perform a right-click to view the Customization options. The Order [ORD-54] window panels get highlighted in Red color, as shown in Figure 1.2.

The below Customization options are displayed in the Header panel and Grid panel.

Select each of the highlighted screen component from the Header panel and Grid panel individually, as shown in Figure 1.3.

Select each of the screen component > right-click > select the Remove option, as shown in Figure 1.4.

Perform a right-click > select the Save option, as shown in Figure 1.5.

The system displays a prompt with the message "R2_00033:Do you want to save the changes?" with Yes and No buttons, as shown in Figure 1.6.

Click Yes. The changes are applied customizing the screen.
Exit the Screen Customization mode or the Reservation - (UI Design Mode) by pressing the Hot Key [SHIFT+F12] or performing a right-click and select the Exit Designer mode, as shown in Figure 1.7.

Exit and reopen the Order [ORD-54] to view the reflected changes.
All the highlighted screen components are removed from the Order [ORD-54], as shown in Figure 1.8.

In the Order [ORD-54] window, press the F12 key from the Keyboard to enable the Screen Customization. The Screen Customization is enabled displaying as the [Reservation - (UI Design Mode)].
You can rearrange some of the screen components by pressing the Hot Key [ALT+Drag-Drop the Screen Components using the Mouse] > right-click > Save > right-click > Exit the Designer.
The modified or customized Order [ORD-54] is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.9.

In the Order [ORD-54] window, press the F12 key from the Keyboard to enable the Screen Customization. The Screen Customization is enabled displaying as the [Reservation - (UI Design Mode)].
You can remove the Menu option by performing a right-click > Customize Menu > Menu Designer window is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.10.
Clear the Edit menu check box, as shown in Figure 1.10.

Click OK > perform a right-click > Save > perform a right-click > Exit the Designer. The modified Order [ORD-54] with the Edit menu removed is, as shown in Figure 1.11.

In the Order [ORD-54] window, press the F12 key from the Keyboard to enable the Screen Customization. The Screen Customization is enabled displaying as the [Reservation - (UI Design Mode)].
You can remove the Grid Columns in the Item Grid by performing a right-click on the Grid columns > select the More... option > Grid Designer window is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.12.

Click OK > perform a right-click > Save > perform a right-click > Exit the Designer. The modified Order [ORD-54] with the Grid Columns removed is, as shown in Figure 1.13.

In the Order [ORD-54] window, press the F12 key from the Keyboard to enable the Screen Customization. The Screen Customization is enabled displaying as the [Reservation - (UI Design Mode)].
You can add the screen components from the Master UI by performing a right-click > Add from Original Menu, as shown in Figure 1.14.

The Reservation - (Master UI) Order is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.15.

From the Reservation - (Master UI) window, you can Pick a screen component and Drop it in the Reservation - (UI Design Mode) Order, as shown in Figure 1.16.

Exit the Reservation - (Master UI) window.
In the Reservation - (UI Design Mode) perform a right-click > Save > perform a right-click > Exit the Designer.
Exit the Order [ORD-54].
From the Account window, open an old Order [ORD-22]. The screen customization modifications that are applied to the Order [ORD-54] is also applied to the old Order [ORD-22] and all the Other Reservation Orders in the R2 application, as shown in the Figure 1.17.

Exit the Account window.
In the R2 Launchpad, to view the Customized screens > press the Hot Key [CTRL+F12]. The Customized Screens window is displayed with the names of the screens that are customized, as shown in Figure 1.18.

Pressing the Reset button from the Customized Screens window, will reset the Reservation Customized Changes to Original.
Exit the Customized Screens window and select the Account module > Search Orders > Search for the Order [ORD-54].
In the Order [ORD-54] window, press the F12 key from the Keyboard to enable the Screen Customization. The Screen Customization is enabled displaying as the [Reservation - (UI Design Mode)].
You can reset the Reservation Order to Original by performing a right-click > Reset to Original option. The system displays a prompt with the message "This will reset all UI changes made in current screen. Do you want to continue?" with Yes and No buttons, as shown in Figure 1.19.

Click Yes. The Order [ORD-54] gets reset to Original, as shown in Figure 1.20.

Exit the Order [ORD-54] and the Account window.
In the R2 Launchpad > press the Hot Key [CTRL+F12]. The Customized Screens window is displayed back to its original with no customized screen names displayed, as shown in Figure 1.21.

Exit the Customized Screens window.
The screen components within one panel cannot be moved to another panel.
The field label alone cannot be removed. The field along with the label together must be removed.
The Order > right-click > Reset Tab Order and Save Tab Order options have been removed with the Screen Customization feature.
