Business is all about the 'bottom-line'. Which is a resultant of operational efficiency. In simpler terms,it is a collective by-product of 'maximum utilization of available inventory', 'lower operation costs', and 'faster turn-around on the on-shelf time for inventory'.

Knowing 'which','how-many' and 'how-often' are your inventory items appearing on customer invoices becomes the key here.

If a product goes to Repair/Maintenance, it might directly or in-directly affects its availability and thereby its billing prospects. Thus knowing and tracking 'Repair/Maintenance Days' is important. To help with this R2 has a few scheduler programs.

How are the Maintenance Days is calculated?

To begin with, the system ignores the 'Service days' falling on a "Non chargeable days" as defined in Configuration.

All the remaining days in the service duration will consider as Maintenance days. This way the customer gets very accurate details on a Maintenance days when a product/asset were on a service.

What 'Statistics' are we counting through these reports and how?
