Receive (Return) operation

Receive is nothing but returning the items, kit, assets on the order to the source warehouse.

  1. Order details: Displays the order header detail like Order no., description, Payment terms, Start and end date etc.,

  2. Product ID or Asset ID: Enter the product id or  asset id to receive the item.

  3. Scan the product/asset: Scans the barcode of the product/asset number using the device camera.

  4. Item list: Displays the item list which need to be received.

  5. Return all: To ship all the items listed on the order.

  6. Return receipt:To retrieve the return receipt.

  7. All:

  8. Departments: Displays the department list.

  9. Expand all: Expands the kits, packages.

  10. Collapse all: Collapses the kit children, packages etc.,

 

 

How to receive items?

  1. Login to Warehouse app.

  2. Select the Receive option. The following screen appears as shown in Figure 2.0.

  3. The window shows all Orders on which conducting an Asset Return operation is possible.

  4. Double click to select the Order, for which you want to perform the Receive operation.

  1. The Receive operation window displays the Asset Lists (Serial Item).

  1. To expand an Asset, click on it to see the part details.

  1. To return any item from the list, tap the asset line.

  1. To expand an Asset, click on it to see the part details.

  2. The next window shows the possible options while receiving the returned part/item.

  3. You can return all items in a single step, by taping on the Return All button.

  4. To return an item, perform one of the above two steps, and then tap. Yes.

  1. To open and read the Receive Report, tap the document button.

  1. The Return Receipt is displayed in document format.
