Details

Support for Force Order Fill Setting window in the Configuration module. The details are explained in the sample workflow given below:

Select the Configuration module > Warehouse tab > select the Force Order Fill check box > click the button > the system display the Force Order Fill Setting window.
Click the Add button and add the Force Order Fill Setting details, as shown in Figure 1.0.

Fields	Description
Site	Displays the Site name
Site Type	Displays the Site type i.e. Current Site or Other Site
Status	Display the Status of the Asset i.e. Filled, Out, or IN
Action	Display the Action i.e. Don't Allow, Allow with Prompt, and Allow without Prompt

When Force Order Fill is performed using the Fill Item button, the system does the following, as shown in Table 2.0.

Error Messages

If we enter the already existing Site, Site Type, and Status, click the Save button the system display the error message, as shown in Figure 1.1.

If we add Site Type as Current Site and Status as IN, click the Save button the system display the error message, as shown in Figure 1.2.

When Force Order Fill is performed using the Read File button, the system does the following, as shown in Table 3.0.

If the Lost/Missing asset needs to be Force Filled, then the Force Order Fill Setting should have one record with Status as IN and Site Type as Order Site.
If any Force Order Fill Setting is not done then for that scenario, the system will work as if Force Order Fill check box is clear.
If Apply this setting to all future scans in this session check box is selected then the system will not display the prompt but will take the respective action based on the selection.
The prompts mentioned in Table 2.0 will not work for the assets which are in the Transfer order (Transfer Order to Transfer Order),It will work when the asset is in Rental Orders (Rental Orders to Transfer Order).
All the options in the Prompts can be secured and are Multi Language supported.
If the Prompts is secure and Apply this setting to all future scans in this session check box is selected then the system will not display the prompt but will take the respective action for all the status.
