When the Returning Site is changed on an Order with Subrent lines it warns/gives an option skip the Subrent lines, so that you will choose to update only if Subrent items also or not.

Here is how it prompts in the following cases when Returning Site is changed:

Case 1: Line > Returning Site import

Text on the Message Prompt: You are trying to change the Returning site of a Subrent line. Do you want to continue?

Yes: Proceed to change Returning Site.

No: Stop the user action.

Case 2: Right click > Returning Site.

Text on the Message Prompt: This operation will save the Order changes. Do you want to proceed?

Yes: Save the order and proceed to update the line returning site.

No: Stop the user action.

This prompt will also have the following options -

• View Affected Order check box (default false): Will show affected order if true, if any

• Skip Subrent lines (default true): Returning Site will not be updated for Subrent lines.

Case 3: Order Header > Default Returning Site change

Text on the Message Prompt:

Do you want to update default returning site to all lines?

Note: This operation will save the Order changes.

Yes: Save the order and proceed to update the line returning site.

No: Skip updating returning site to all lines.

This prompt will also have the following options -

• View Affected Order (default false): Will show affected order if true, if any

• Skip Subrent lines (default true): Returning Site will not be updated for Subrent lines.

Case 4: When Sub-assigning lines having Shipping and Returning Site different

Text on the Message Prompt:

Returning site is different from Shipping site on the selected line(s). Do you want to continue?

Yes: Proceed to Assign Subrent

No: Stop the user action.
