Set Site Level Site Preference

 

You can set the Site Preference at the Site Level by setting the Site Preference from the Maintenance module by following the below steps:

  1. Select the Maintenance module > Employee tab > Site tab.

  2. Edit the Site [BERLIN] > click the E-Pool SetUp button. The E-Pool Site Preference window is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.1.

  1. The E-Pool Site Preference is displayed as [BERLIN], [BUDAPEST], [COLOGNE], [MUNICH], and [PARIS].

  2. Change the selection of Sites here, as per your requirement/discretion. Click Ok, and Exit the E-Pool Site Preference dialog.

  3. Save and Exit the [BERLIN] Site Edit window.

Whatever Site Preference in the Site Level within the E-Pool Site Preference is given here, gets defaulted to Order Level Site preferences for E-Pool.

However, in the Order window, you can modify the default Site selection if required.

 

  1. You can rearrange the order of the Site Preference in the Site Level within the E-Pool Site Preference window, by dragging and dropping the Site ID.

  2. The Order of Sites displayed in the E-Pool Site Preference window is displayed with respect to the Site ID opened for Edit followed by the Site Preference order in the Sub-Region level.

For Example:

If you try to edit the Site Level Site Preference from the Site [BERLIN], and if you click the E-Pool SetUp button, the E-Pool Site Preference window displays the Site [BERLIN] first followed by Order of Site Preference as chosen in the Sub-Region level within the Group List window.
